Previous owner reported that the ventilator
blower’s slow speed was not operating. That was true, there was only silence or
full blow. I checked that the speed selector was working and that the blower
motor was getting electricity from the battery. What I found out was that the resistor,
which actually creates the slow speed setting, was dead.
So off came the resistor. That happened
pretty easily. There is a groove for a flat-blade screwdriver to pry. With
small amount of force the two clips came off. No wonder nothing going through
the resistor. Where once was a screw, was a tidy coil end and a copper
connector. This one was an easy fix.

Eipä
toiminut 120Y:n tuulettimen ykkösnopeus. Vaihtoehtoina oli täysi hiljaisuus tai
kunnon puhuri. Esivastus oli mykkä ja paljastui, että sieltä oli käämin kiinnitysruuvi
sanonut sopimuksen irti. Helppo korjaus ja nyt toimii myös hiljaisempi tuuletus.
